Connect Orbit to Pipedrive
Every person you meet lands in Pipedrive as a person linked to their organization, with a note, a follow-up activity, a deal and the scanned card in Files.
Before you start
- Orbit on iPhone with Orbit Pro.
- A Pipedrive account you can sign in to and add apps to.
Connect in under a minute
- Open Orbit, then Settings, then Integrations.
- Tap Pipedrive, then Connect Pipedrive.
- Sign in to Pipedrive and allow access.
- You are back in Orbit and Pipedrive shows as connected. Orbit now sends every contact you already have, then each new one as you save it.

Change anything in Orbit, such as a new phone number, a second meeting or a new follow-up date, and Pipedrive is updated within seconds. Empty a field in Orbit and it is emptied in Pipedrive too.
Changes made in Pipedrive
Edit the name, email, phone, organization and job title in Pipedrive and Orbit picks it up within seconds. If the same detail was changed in both places, the newest edit wins. Notes, the summary and the timeline are written by Orbit, so edit those in Orbit.
What Orbit never does
- Delete anything in Pipedrive, even if you delete the contact in Orbit.
- Delete anything in Orbit when a record is deleted in Pipedrive.
- Import people who only exist in Pipedrive.
- Add the same person twice. Orbit matches by email, then by name with company or phone.
Permissions Orbit asks for
- Contacts (people and organizations)
- Deals
- Activities
- Files
Orbit uses this access only to keep your Orbit contacts in sync. Read the privacy policy.
Disconnect
In Orbit, open Settings, Integrations, Pipedrive, then tap Disconnect. Orbit stops syncing and removes its access in Pipedrive. Everything already sent stays in Pipedrive. You can also remove Orbit from Pipedrive in Tools and apps, Marketplace apps.
Troubleshooting
- Orbit says Reconnect. Pipedrive signed Orbit out, usually after a password change or removed access. Tap Reconnect and sign in again. Nothing is lost: changes wait and send once you are back.
- A contact has not appeared. New contacts usually arrive within a few seconds. Check that Orbit Pro is active and Pipedrive shows as connected in Orbit.
