Which plan do I need?
Direct CRM connections are part of Orbit Pro. Connecting is free in every CRM listed here, and Orbit never charges per contact.
Will Orbit create duplicates?
No. Before adding anyone, Orbit looks for the same person by email, then by name with the same company or phone. If they are already in your CRM, Orbit updates that record.
Does Orbit ever delete anything in my CRM?
Never. Deleting a contact in Orbit leaves your CRM alone, and deleting a record in your CRM never deletes anything in Orbit.
Does Orbit import my whole CRM?
No. Orbit only syncs people you met and saved in Orbit. Contacts that only exist in your CRM stay there.
What happens if I edit someone in both places?
Contact details sync both ways and the newest edit wins. Notes, the summary and the timeline are written by Orbit, so edit those in Orbit.
Can I connect more than one CRM?
Yes. Each connected CRM gets every contact, and each one keeps its own record of what has been sent.
