Good questions.
A few things you might be wondering.
What is included in Free and Pro?
Free includes up to 25 contacts and 2 events, card scanning and voice capture, a digital card with link and QR code, the contact timeline, follow-up nudges, and 10 Orbit Assistant requests a day. Follow-up rewrites are limited to 1 per contact. Pro includes everything in Free, plus unlimited contacts, unlimited events, 25 Orbit Assistant requests a day, contact export to Excel, CSV, and vCard, Orbit on the web, card analytics, and network analytics. Founding Pro pricing applies to the first 500 paying users; standard pricing is A$16 per month or A$13 per month billed annually after that.
What does Analytics include?
Pro includes two kinds of analytics. Card analytics shows who viewed your card, saved your details, and tapped your links, so you can see which conversations turned into real interest. Network analytics shows how your networking is going: people captured, follow-ups sent, meetings logged, and which events produced the most. On the web, event reports turn that picture into something you can print or save as a PDF.
What is Orbit on the web?
Pro opens your network on a computer at orbitapp.link. Review people, follow-ups, and value you logged. Open an event report you can print or save as a PDF. See the same card analytics as in the app: views, saves, and link taps. Export the same Excel or CSV as in the app. Changes still happen in the Orbit app.
Can I move my contacts into my CRM?
Yes, on Pro. From People, export everyone or just the event you are looking at. Choose a formatted Excel spreadsheet, a CSV that imports into HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive, or a vCard for iPhone, Google, and Outlook contacts.
Does joining the waitlist start a subscription?
No. The waitlist lets you hear when Orbit launches. Pro is purchased in the app through the App Store.
How does annual billing work?
Pro annual is charged once per year through the App Store in your local currency. The site shows the same regional price Apple uses. In Australia that is A$107.99 per year. Annual plans are not charged monthly.
Why does the price change by country?
Orbit Pro is sold through the App Store. Apple sets a price for each country or region. We show the App Store price for where you are browsing, so it matches what you will see on iPhone.
Can I pay for Pro on this website?
Not yet. Orbit is preparing for its iOS launch. All plan buttons currently take you to the waitlist, and no payment is collected here.
Forconversations worthremembering.
Be there for it. Let Orbit help you remember, follow through, and keep the relationship.
